Number 1 of our fundamentals. Without communication and and a relationshop between Athlete and Coach their is no coaching happening.
Step 1. Intake with Your Coach
We will discuss your goals, weaknesses, training history and previous injuries
Amount of days you want to train per week and how long your training session is.
Step 2. Building the Program
With all the information we going to build your program for your journey. This will take us a week.
Step 3. Regular Check-Ins
We will see you are logging your training results in the app: Truecoach. Next to that we are holding contact with Whatsapp. If there are any questions or obstacles. We are here to work with you!
My name is Mark, 32 Years old and living in Rotterdam. I am a CrossFit Box Owner, full time Coach/Personal trainer on demand and in-person. I have studied business economics and worked as logistical manager for some years. With a big team this was one of my first coaching jobs. Analyzing and process management runs trough my veins. Here I found the love for making Strength and Conditioning programs and coaching a diversity of athletes with all goals.
I started as a CF-L1 Coach a few years back and made my full time job out of it. Not long after that I started a Box together with a business partner. Next to that I did several courses and studies. PT, CF-L2, Coaching development, gymnastics and starting soon with Sport Psychology.
I started Precise Programming because I saw a need in Personalized programming. There are a lot of programs on the market but one is conditioning or barbell biased or there is not enough time to practice skills in the gymnastics modality.

I've been training twice a week for a few months now with the program that Mark made for me and it suits me well. It’s a good addition to my regular CrossFit classes. With the program I am working on specific goals, which was the reason I started. They are fun workouts, they fit well into my overall sports schedule and I quickly noticed progress and results. In addition, Mark is always ready for advice and tips!
I’ve been doing CrossFit for 8 years now and over the years I’ve followed a bunch of programs, but these programs were never tailor made. That’s why I started Precise Programming. The progression I made in only 3 months is huge since we’re focussing on my personal goals and weaknesses. We started with a talk about what I wanted to improve, but along the way Mark noticed some other weaknesses as well by watching the videos I’ve sent him. This is really helpful and makes me a better athlete! Also Mark checks in with me so every now and then to ask how it goes and if I need any adjustments. What I really appreciate about Precise Programming is that it’s challenging but doable at the same time. Sometimes a bit out of my comfort zone, but just enough to keep it fun and motivating. I could choose the amount of sessions per week myself and also the length for a session. In this way my programming fits into my weekly schedule perfectly. After a serious mountain bike accident I was unable to walk for 11 months. This caused weight gain and muscle loss. I have now been training with the Program for 13 months. I Train 3 days a week and the progression is great! I am back on the mountain bike again and I became a fan of training in Mark his gym and the program. We keep continue to discuss new goals and pushing the boundaries together.
